Ousmane du Niger vous parle !

Maman Ibrahim Ousmane received a Master of Business Administration from Institut Superieur d'Administration Gestion in 2005. He has been a member of the Nigerian Association for the Promotion of Youth (ANPJ) since 1999, the first youth organization established in Niger since 1990. Its mission is to develop youth activities centering around ICTs, HIV/AIDS prevention, peace promotion and the MDGs. It aims to increase young people's contribution to the development of Niger. Maman believes he carries a responsibility to mobilize young men as future leaders, particularly in the area of education, as more than 80% of Niger's population is under 35 years old and 65% of this population is illiterate. He has represented his country in international conferences. He was also named the 2006-2007 president of the Rotaract Club Niamey, a leadership and humanitarian service club.
